Job Description Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role is integral to providing exceptional service to the clients, primarily focusing on personal lines insurance, including auto and home coverage. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the leadership and other team members to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the success of the agency. Compensation Package
- Salary : Up to $70,000 annually.
- Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package available.
- Work Arrangement : Fully in-office position.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage a book of standard personal lines accounts, including auto and home insurance policies.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with policy changes, endorsements, and other administrative tasks related to personal lines accounts.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to maintain a high standard of service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Licenses : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience : Previous experience in personal lines insurance is required.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in relevant insurance software and tools.
- Soft Skills :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling client accounts.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
