Real Estate Property Accountant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Property Accountant to lead property-level reporting for a range of assets within a growing industrial fund or portfolio. The Property Accountant will work under the supervision of the Portfolio Accountants and the Accounting Manager to support a fast‑paced and expanding enterprise. This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 per year, along with a 10%-15% bonus package. Responsibilities Oversee month‑end close for a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely financial reporting Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and quarterly/year‑end CAM reconciliations Manage accounts receivables, cash receipts, and initiate cash transfers (wires and checks) Collaborate with asset and property managers on annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts, and debt compliance Assist in annual audit preparation and provide support for various accounting tasks as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting One to two years of accounting experience in real estate Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Excel Prior knowledge of development accounting Experience with Yardi accounting software #J-18808-Ljbffr ProPivotal
