We are open to remote work candidates for this opportunity.LaunchSquad is currently looking for a public relations manager with direct PR experience capable of leading four accounts across a variety of b2b or b2c technology.ResponsibilitiesLaunchSquad Account Managers are experienced communications program leaders. They have experience planning, prioritizing and leading across four plus teams in a variety of emerging and expanding verticals including but not limited to: transportation & logistics, enterprise software, AI, and finance.They use their experience and expertise to guide the day-to-day direction of account teams, provide recommendations to clients and make strategic work decisions. They actively contribute to the work - often taking responsibility for the most challenging or innovative program goals. They are skilled teachers and coaches and establish consistent guidelines for work standards and expectations at an individual and team level. They have an eye for quality work and lead by example to deliver program results to clients.They work directly with senior team members on agency activities like teaching and coaching talent and pitching new work on new or existing accounts. They love the work they do and are committed to learning and growing their skills alongside teams every day.Qualifications6+ years of public relations experience at an agency or startup technology/d2c company with at least two years of program development and team management experienceExperience developing key messaging and positioning statements for emerging products or companiesSeasoned plan writer with a knack for translating big ideas into program objectives and priorities; advanced writing and editing skillsCapable project manager across several distinct teams or large-scale projectsMedia relations expertEffective teacher, coach and talent developer with direct, transparent and inclusive interpersonal communication skillsTrack record of sustained, quality work in fast-paced environmentsA portfolio of work that exemplifies original ideas, expert execution and strategic communicationCompensation & BenefitsAccount Manager salary range is $85,000 - $100,000 depending on experienceFully covered health benefits including vision and dental401K matching programGenerous paid family leaveFlexible vacation and rotational Fridays offSabbatical leaveWellness stipendMentorship program focused on internal growth and developmentVirtual first, work from anywherePeople and community oriented with in-person team gatheringsAt LaunchSquad, we care about our work, our clients and our community.
