Under the general supervision of the Manager, Administrative Services the Executive Assistant performs standard and advanced confidential administrative duties in support of Foundation operations. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules and meetings, preparing and organizing routine meeting materials, taking notes and maintaining records, supporting office logistics, and assisting with internal communications tasks as assigned. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion when handling sensitive information. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
