We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to support accounts payable operations for a financial services organization in Fort Worth, Texas. This position focuses on accurate invoice handling, thoughtful expense distribution, and dependable vendor payment activity. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, sound accounting judgment, and the ability to keep high-volume processes organized and compliant.

You’ll:

• Track new and renewed contracts and keep data clean across teams

• Code and process legal invoices with internal and external counsel

• Support month-end close, legal expense accruals, and trend reporting

• Help onboard vendors and tighten AP workflows

You bring:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Strong AP background and sharp Excel/Office skills

• Detail, organization, and the ability to juggle priorities with little hand-holding

• Clear written and verbal communication
