We are looking for a top-tier Sales Representative to drive our membership sales, convert leads into clients, and build strong relationships with our customers both in person and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Membership Sales (In-Person & Phone): Actively sell membership packages to first-time guests and existing non-members, both in person and over the phone. Youll explain the benefits, overcome objections, and consistently convert guests into members.
• Lead Conversion: Contact leads by phone and follow up with potential clients to book appointments. You will be responsible for ensuring leads are converted into actual bookings.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Recommend additional services and products based on each clients needs, whether in-person or over the phone, with a goal to maximize sales.
• Client Relationships: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, track your performance against KPIs, and report regularly to management.
• Follow-Up: Ensure clients attend their appointments and upgrade their memberships when appropriate.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with stylists and management to provide an excellent client experience and drive overall studio sales.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven Sales Success: You have demonstrated experience in a sales-driven role, with measurable success in meeting or exceeding targets, including over the phone. Experience in a beauty or wellness environment is a plus.
• Phone Sales Experience: You are comfortable with phone-based sales and know how to handle objections, close deals, and convert leads into clients through phone conversations.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: You know how to build rapport with clients and turn leads into loyal customers.
• Strong Communication Skills: You are an expert at handling objections, presenting benefits, and closing deals, whether in person or over the phone.
• Goal-Oriented: You thrive on achieving ambitious sales targets and are constantly seeking new challenges.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems or sales tracking software is a bonus.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate ranging from $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience, plus commissions on retail sales and memberships.
• Bonuses available for exceeding membership and retail sales targets.
• California Wage and Hour Compliance: This position is classified as non-exempt under California wage and hour law. You will be eligible for overtime pay, paid rest breaks, and unpaid meal breaks according to state law.

Physical Requirements:

• On a regular basis, requires the ability to sit or stand for a minimum of 4 hours.
• On a regular basis, requires the ability to reach with hands and arms, and handle office or promotional materials.
• Requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs occasionally.
• On a frequent basis, may require the ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch
