Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Parent Liaison (Remote)

Cranial Technologies is dedicated exclusively to researching and treating plagiocephaly and offers the DOC Band and EarWell® treatments with proven outcomes for over 600,000 infants. We are hiring a full‑time Bilingual Customer Service Representative to build rapport with families, healthcare providers, and insurance companies over the phone, educating families about evaluation appointment, treatment process, and insurance, while maintaining excellent service. Responsibilities Provide outstanding phone customer service to families. Enter patient registration information and schedule initial appointments, identifying potential conflicts or trends for each clinic schedule. Coordinate information among referring physicians, insurance companies, and treatment clinics. Review cost‑share amounts, co‑payments, and financial responsibilities with families. Handle variable call volume on multiple queues, averaging 40 to 70 calls a day. Requirements Fluency in Spanish and English. 1–2 years of customer service or related experience. 1–2 years of experience with computer software. Exceptional communication skills, phone etiquette, and human relations. Ability to work with diverse backgrounds. Proactive mindset with quick absorption of new information. Professional demeanor in written and spoken communication with families, providers, and coworkers. Ability to problem‑solve and prioritize daily tasks to manage workload.
