Production Supervisor (3rd Shift)

Responsibilities Supervise and control the process plant according to the timetable set during the production shift assigned. Monitor the preparation and movement of raw materials and product quality, and coordinate personnel in charge. Schedule & Requirements This position operates on 3rd shift, Sunday–Thursday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The Supervisor is expected to arrive before the start of the shift and remain after the shift ends to ensure a smooth handoff between teams. Overtime and/or weekend work may be required based on business needs and may occur without prior notice. Preferred: At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a plastics manufacturing environment. Salary range: $55,000-$75,000 annually Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job‑related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
