This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to conduct your sessions from the comfort of your home while maintaining a balanced work-life integration. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for seniors, collecting detailed histories to inform tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing emotional disorders and coping mechanisms related to aging and life transitions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals and support staff, to develop comprehensive care plans that enhance overall client outcomes.

• Offer specialized grief and loss counseling services, assisting clients and their families during end-of-life care and bereavement.

You will primarily work with senior clients who face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, and identity issues related to aging. Our clients often require knowledgeable care providers who can empathize with their unique experiences and provide support tailored to their specific needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually , commensurate with experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus.
