Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health conditions, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create effective treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others appropriate to the client population.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health crises and provide prompt support and resources during emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results are documented in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care to clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources, advocating for their rights and needs as necessary.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending trainings, workshops, and industry-related events to keep current with therapeutic best practices.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Must be a licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).

• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
