Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, utilize clinical interviews, standardized assessments, and self-reports to formulate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs and goals, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to provide support, insights, and coping strategies.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health crises or emergencies, ensuring their safety and stabilizing their condition.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver cohesive care tailored to client needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and available resources, and advocate for their rights and needs as necessary.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and staying updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your efforts will primarily support a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating various mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will play a crucial role in empowering clients to manage their mental health and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with credentials such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
