WellPower's Crisis Services is seeking a full-time Night shift Nurse to provide flexible scheduling across two crisis programs: the Denver Walk-In Crisis Center and the Behavioral Health Solutions Center. The employee has first priority in selecting three open shifts per week between the two sites. Location: 4353 E Colfax Ave Responsibilities & Duties Obtain, record, and communicate important clinical information regarding consumers; provide clinical services within a multidisciplinary team. Provide limited case management services to consumers as needed. Assist consumers with psychological and social development and rehabilitation. Coordinate consumer use of WellPower programs and outside community resources. Coordinate medical care and intervention with other clinical staff and psychiatrist(s). Draw blood for lab work for consumers; periodically provide community injections. Administer medications including intramuscular medications. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with WellPower standards. Participate in team/organization meetings, in-services, and supervisory sessions as required. Maintain a trauma-informed environment of wellbeing. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 1-3 years of experience working with consumers with a serious and persistent mental illness preferred. Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Licensed as a Practical Nurse in good standing with the Colorado Board of Nursing. Compensation & Benefits Salary: Psychiatric Nurse I (LPN) – $28.96 - $30.46/hr Overnight / Language Differentials: Awake Overnight Differential - $3/hr; Language Differential - $1 - $2.50; Float Differential - $2.00/hr.
