QMAP- Full Time (Thurs, Fri, Sat 6A-6:30P)

Responsibilities Assists residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Reminds residents of scheduled activities, social events, meals, and dressing needs as necessary. Provides medication supervision and/or administration in accordance with training, certification, and state regulations. Assists with laundry tasks. Assists dietary staff with serving meals, ensuring attendance in the dining room, and observes residents while eating. Arranges for and delivers meal trays for room service as needed and returns trays to the kitchen after meals. Serves supplemental nourishment and snacks as required. Observes residents' condition continuously, noting mental state, wellbeing, and changes in physical conditions, reporting to the assisted living director as appropriate. Responds to residents' call signals, makes rounds, and checks on safety and security. Uses independent judgment to provide assistance or summon additional personnel. Provides general support, comfort, and socialization opportunities, encouraging independence and activity participation. Assists activities staff with daily activities and social events following programming instructions. Transfers residents to and from meals and activities, including wheelchair transport. Assists with admission, orientation, discharge, and transfer of residents. Is cross‑trained to work across all levels of care, supporting Assisted Living and Assisted Living Memory Care residents. Performs all other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Preferred: None. Certificates: Medication Assistant training based on state regulations. Experience: Entry Level. Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Communicates effectively with residents and healthcare professionals. Stays calm and composed in challenging situations. Prioritizes tasks and manages schedules efficiently. Knows privacy regulations and maintains patient confidentiality. Builds trust with clients and families to ensure a positive caregiving relationship. Physical Requirements Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, twist, lift up to 50lb, and engage repetitive wrist, hand, finger movements (typing/writing). Vision: near 20 inches or less, far 20 feet or more, peripheral vision for area observation. Compensation Pay range: $18.99 – $25.27 per hour.
