Inpatient Pharmacy Manager - ICU and ER

Note: Looking for supervisor/manager-level candidates (with 3 years of managing direct reports). Someone seeking an opportunity to promote. Must-haves Pharmacist License (Washington) required at hire, therefore must be willing to obtain license if they don't already have one for WA. National Provider Identifier (NPI#) Required Skills Experience in inpatient pharmacy operations, in an acute hospital setting. Experience in directly managing pharmacy staff. Working in a multi-disciplinary work environment including hospital and physician staff. Experience with developing, implementing, and updating clinical workflows Preferred or Nice-to-have Skills Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 residency. Experience in working in a Union environment. Experience in working with Critical Care/ICU, Med-Surg, Infusion and Emergency Room/Urgent Care Experience with hospital expansion efforts Years of Experience: 5yrs of experience as a Pharmacist 2yrs of managing operational/project budgets 3yrs in a leadership role with direct reports (having a solid line of reporting and having the ability to hire/fire) Industry Experience: inpatient pharmacy, specifically in an acute hospital setting Education Requirements: Doctorate of Pharmacy degree or equivalent Ideal Profile: An ideal candidate will have leadership experience in a 24/7/365 hospital setting, which includes managing various levels of direct reports (Pharmacists, Interns, Pharmacy Technicians, etc.).
