Responsibilities Directing project team members regarding project scheduling, budgeting, and work scope Developing business and networking. Managing and producing aspects of the project, including design, production, and quality control. Leading assistance in the development and maintenance of the project budgets and schedules. Nurturing and establishing strong relationships with all outside parties involved in a project as their primary project contact, ensuring client satisfaction. Preparing and completing thorough proposals. Mentoring and directing project team members. Leading the technical design aspects of the project. Being an ambassador of RRM. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in architecture. 15 years of architecture experience. Minimum of 5‑7 years of practical experience in project management or working as a project architect. Experience in REVIT. Active California Architectural licensure. Familiarity with California codes, facilitating projects through enforcement agencies, and contract administration. Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills. Excellent architectural detailing skills.
