Primary Responsibilities Provides service within the scope of practice as defined by the state laws governing the practice of Occupational Therapy, in accordance with the plan of care, using evidence‑based techniques, and in coordination with other members of the health care team Evaluates the patient's functional status, status of all body systems as required for CMS documentation, and occupational therapy needs. Consults with the physician in the development of the therapy plan of care Observes, records, and reports to the nurse supervisor and the physician the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition Conducts patient assessments evaluating the level of function by applying diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client Required Qualifications Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Demonstrated ability to work independently Good communication, writing, and organizational skills Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $35.00 to $62.50 per hour based on full‑time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
