Back Agency Recruiter Agency Recruiter Needham , Massachusetts Temp to Perm Per Hour Jul 28, 2026 $25.00 - $27.00 Staffing Coordinator Location: Needham, MA (100% Onsite) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Compensation: Starting at $50,000+ base salary (depending on experience) plus uncapped monthly commissions About the Opportunity A growing staffing and workforce solutions firm specializing in the social services, behavioral health, special education, disability, and allied healthcare industries is seeking a motivated Staffing Coordinator to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys recruiting, sales, business development, or lead generation and is looking to build a long-term career in staffing. The ideal candidate is energetic, driven, and enjoys connecting with people over the phone while helping clients find qualified talent. What You'll Do Recruit, source, and screen candidates for client openings. Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the hiring process. Make outbound calls to attract candidates and develop new business opportunities. Partner with the recruiting team to fill open positions quickly and efficiently. Assist with account development and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients. Post and manage job advertisements across multiple job boards and recruiting platforms. Source candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting tools. Follow up promptly with candidate and client leads. Coordinate and attend job fairs, networking events, and recruiting initiatives. Help drive team performance by contributing ideas and sharing best practices. Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates. What They're Looking For Previous recruiting experience is a plus, but not required. Candidates with experience in lead generation, telemarketing, inside sales, customer service, or business development are encouraged to apply. Someone who is motivated to build a long-term career in recruiting and staffing. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls. Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills. Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or other sourcing tools is a plus.
