Job Description A Cielo Senior Recruiter is responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. You act as a brand ambassador for the client, focusing on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, you provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders. You also mentor recruiters and other team members. Work Location: Norward, MA Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days/week Work Hours: Monday to Friday, standard days (Central or Eastern) Duties and Responsibilities: Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies. Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates, while building talent pipelines. Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress. Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations. Mentor recruiters and other team members. The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $62,308 – $89,079, depending on experience, geography, and industry knowledge. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on the achievement of defined goals and benefits including: Various medical plans: medical, dental, and vision. STD, LTD, and HSA. Holiday pay. Flex Paid Time Off (PTO) model. 401(k) with a match of 50% up to the first 4%. Qualifications Position Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field (or equivalent experience). Significant recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting. Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as ATS: Workday and social media tools. Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition. Skillset: Pharmaceutical R&D experience required. Self‑starter and naturally curious. Consulting skills and ability to drive process. Knowledge of OFCCP (US). Experience sourcing with various tools.
