Regional Director of Dining & Environmental Services
Multiple Facilities | Springfield, IL Area
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Director of Dining & Environmental Services to oversee and support dining and environmental services operations across multiple healthcare facilities in the Springfield area. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who can develop teams, improve operations, and ensure high standards across multiple locations.
This role is ideal for someone with multi-facility leadership experience who is passionate about creating efficient, high-quality dining and environmental services while supporting the overall resident experience.

Partner with facility leadership to identify opportunities for improvement
Support staff development, training, and performance management
Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
Evaluate processes and implement improvements to enhance service quality
Collaborate with leadership to ensure a positive resident experience
Experience leading dining, dietary, housekeeping, environmental services, or related operations
Multi-facility or regional leadership experience preferred
Healthcare, skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities effectively
Proven ability to develop teams and improve operational performance
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
