Travel Physical Therapist – Portland, Oregon MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Portland, Oregon. Qualifications Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and successful completion of the NPTEL exam. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy school. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or actively applying for state licensure. Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, providing direct patient care to evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Develop and administer a treatment program with specific goals based on the patient's capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals, document and record patient condition, and educate patients and families on physical therapy methods. Prepare a plan of care for each patient, deliver skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders, and evaluate and modify care to meet therapy goals.
