Management Trainee

Overview As a Management Trainee, you will undergo training and exposure in all areas of hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Sales and Marketing). You will be immersed in the daily operations of the hotel, learning the ins and outs of each department and gaining valuable hands‑on experience. This is a paid training program designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in a management role within the hospitality industry. Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to be absorbed into a regular position within the company. Learn on the job for 8 hours a day, 6 days a week. You will be training for a minimum of six months, and spending time in each department: Sales, Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Grounds & Maintenance. You will learn the inner workings of Club Balai Isabel’s operations. After the one‑year training period, your competency will be assessed, and you will be placed in the position and department that matches your interest and competency. You will be reporting directly to the Executive Director. As a management trainee, you are expected to become a problem solver. As a company, we believe in continuous improvement, and that there are always new and better ways of doing things. What you’ll do Prepare and distribute accurate customer invoices. Post and reconcile daily customer payments. Maintain orderly financial archives and prepare regular collections summaries. In this role, you will ensure the company receives payments on a timely basis. Your primary focus will be issuing invoices, tracking outstanding balances, reconciling accounts, and maintaining professional communication with the Account Executive and Concessionaire regarding their billing status. #J-18808-Ljbffr Club Balai Isabel
