Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients experiencing major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders.

• Create and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring linkages to appropriate support services.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, with a focus on prevention, treatment, and recovery strategies.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and refine treatment plans, ensuring that interventions align with client goals and evidence-based practices.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary, while conducting regular check-ins and follow-ups.

• Participate in crisis intervention and management efforts to support clients in immediate need.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes to comply with professional and organizational standards.

• Provide on-call coverage as needed, ensuring continuous support for clients during and after program hours.

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, participating in committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on individuals undergoing detoxification and those struggling with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health issues, and severe emotional disturbances. You will work with a diverse client base that may include individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and socio-economic conditions, requiring cultural sensitivity and a strong commitment to inclusivity.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
