This role focuses on developing partnerships with companies that need hiring support and introducing them to our recruiting and executive search services. Once a client engagement is secured, our internal recruiting team manages candidate sourcing and fulfillment. This structure allows you to focus primarily on business development, client acquisition, and relationship management, while our recruiting team handles the hiring process. This position is structured as an independent contractor (1099) opportunity. Role Overview The Business Development Executive will focus on prospecting, client meetings, and building relationships with companies across the Augusta business community . You will work with business owners, executives, and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and present appropriate recruiting solutions. Key Responsibilities Business Development - Identify and engage companies throughout the Greater Augusta market. Client Acquisition - Introduce recruiting and executive search services to businesses seeking hiring support. Consultative Sales - Meet with decision-makers to understand hiring needs and determine the appropriate recruiting model. Relationship Management - Develop long‑term partnerships with clients to support future hiring needs. Pipeline Management - Track outreach, meetings, and opportunities using CRM tools.
