Our product portfolio includes therapeutic air mattress systems, pressure‑reducing foam mattresses, and fall‑prevention bed frames. Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and customer‑focused individual to support our existing customers and sales team. This position involves customer service, order processing, invoicing, preparing quotes, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal departments. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally. Process customer orders and invoices using QuickBooks. Provide product, pricing, availability, and order‑status information. Prepare quotes and assist the sales team with customer follow‑up. Maintain accurate customer and order records. Help resolve customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate department. Coordinate with sales, accounting, production, shipping, and operations. Assist with inventory and international container tracking. Perform general administrative and data‑entry duties. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional telephone and customer‑service skills. Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and general computer systems. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous customer service, sales support, order‑processing, or QuickBooks experience is preferred but not required. Position Details Position: Full‑time Schedule: Monday through Friday Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime: Optional, as needed Travel: None This job description is not intended to include every responsibility.
