Attorney Case Manager (Hybrid- within Southern California) | Criminal Defense Consultative Sales / Intake Attorney
Los Angeles-based, multi-jurisdictional criminal defense firm

Are you a licensed attorney who thrives on helping people in crisis, building rapport quickly, and guiding them toward the best path forward? Do you enjoy fast-paced, high-impact work where your legal training and interpersonal skills are used every day? If so, we want to hear from you.

This is not a traditional litigation role. You will not appear in court or draft motions. Instead, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals facing criminal charges. You will consult with potential clients, assess their situation, explain next steps, and help them take the critical first step of retaining our firm. This role requires empathy, confidence, and the ability to communicate clearly under pressure.

About the role
We are a multi-jurisdictional criminal defense firm headquartered in Los Angeles seeking a full-time Spanish-speaking  Attorney Case Manager . This is a hybrid position open to attorneys licensed in any U.S. jurisdiction who reside in Southern California. The pay is a base salary plus potential for monthly bonuses. Spanish-speaking Required.

What you will do

• Speak with prospective clients who are facing criminal investigations or charges

• Gather key facts quickly and accurately, then assess urgency and fit

• Explain the legal process at a high level in a calm, client-friendly way

• Build trust and rapport in high-stress situations

• Guide clients through retention, including fee agreements and next steps

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff after retention

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in the firm’s CRM and systems

• Meet responsiveness and performance expectations in a fast-paced intake environment
