Sales Manager - AluminumPosition OverviewWe are seeking an internal Sales Manager, ideally at a metal company, who has 5+yrs managing accounts in the aluminum industry. Although this is not an active prospecting role, we are looking for someone who is exceptional at managing existing accounts, maintaining and creating relationships, as well as leading a team of five sales professionals.Qualifications5+ years internal sales management experience at an aluminum metal companyProven experience in a Sales Manager role, leading teams of senior, knowledgeable sales peopleWe need someone who is focused on aluminum, who is familiar with the market, and ideally has contacts on the west coast, the Pacific time zone (CA or NV preferred)Some experience in exportsIt is a plus if you have:Exposure to export markets and international tradeProficiency in Hindi, Bengali, Punjabi or other South Asian languagesKey ResponsibilitiesInternal sales management, maintaining existing accounts, building relationshipsLead a team of 5 sales peopleBuild good relationships with Buyers, Procurement and DirectorsGather requests from customers, get the best quotes, response timesPrepare quotesInteract with international teams, as well as onsite teams in the USBenefitsMedicalDental Vision Life Insurance401K matchingTuition ReimbursementPaid Time Off
