Shipping/Receiving Coordinator

Job Description The Shipping and Traffic Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the outbound movement of finished goods, managing administrative documentation, resolving transit issues, and maintaining data accuracy across systems. The role supports accounting and operational teams while ensuring on‑time delivery. Key Responsibilities Perform administrative duties related to shipping finished goods to ensure on‑time delivery. Log order information into data systems, organize files, and distribute documentation across the supply chain. Maintain records and generate reports for accounting and operational teams to support transparency. Communicate and coordinate with transportation companies to optimize shipping routes and delivery cycles. Resolve routine transit questions and logistical issues while maintaining open communication with internal departments. Observe inventory movement records to identify discrepancies and adjust distribution workflows. Confirm the accuracy of invoices, bills, and charges related to the shipment of goods to ensure cost integrity. Analyze documentation parameters to cross‑reference carrier billing against logistics agreements. Collaborate with accounting teams to update system data and resolve inbound billing inquiries. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of shipping/receiving experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of balancing operational rigor with effective problem‑solving. Travel & Relocation Travel: Relocation: Not required.
