About the Role

Oxford Advisory Group is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist/Office Administrator to serve as the first point of contact for our Tampa office. This individual will play a key role in creating a welcoming and polished experience for clients, visitors, and team members while supporting daily office operations.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Coordinate front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with appointment coordination
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation
  • Assist with office hospitality and client experience initiatives
  • Support team tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, administrative, or customer service role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience handling office equipment such as printers, scanners, and multi-line phone systems is a plus
