About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Relationship Banking, a role that goes beyond traditional banking leadership to focus on the development of key customer relationships and the growth of the community banking culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting branch personnel, ensuring smooth branch operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This includes partnering with various teams to meet customer needs, building relationships with business owners, community leaders, and high-net-worth clients, and actively participating in networking and community engagement activities. The role also offers the opportunity to gain exposure to strategic initiatives and leadership discussions that shape the future of the bank. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 5 years' progressive banking experience, with a strong background in both retail and lending. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in branch management, treasury management, private banking, commercial lending, or mortgage lending, and a deep understanding of banking regulations, operational controls, and compliance standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to influence, coach, and develop others.
