HVAC Service Technician

Hendersonville, NC | Full-Time | Permanent Position

Pay: $25.00–$45.00 per Hour + Excellent Benefits

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. You'll work independently while providing customers with professional service, accurate diagnostics, and high-quality repairs that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal service on heating and cooling equipment.
• Install and replace HVAC components including compressors, motors, capacitors, thermostats, and controls.
• Communicate repair recommendations and maintenance options clearly with customers.
• Complete service documentation accurately using mobile technology.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and follow all company safety procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience servicing heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioners, and ductless mini-split systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
