Healthcare Quality Improvement Analytics Lead
East Valley Community Health Center Inc.
East Valley Community Health Center Inc. is seeking a Quality Improvement Manager to oversee clinical analytics and proactively improve quality of care, patient outcomes, and maximize P4P incentive revenues. You will lead the clinical analytics program, ensure MU and PCMH requirements are met, and supervise staff in the Quality Improvement Department.
