Job Summary A respected estate planning and probate law practice in Altamonte Springs, FL is seeking an experienced Probate Paralegal for a full-time, direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with hands-on Florida probate experience who enjoys managing estate administration matters, supporting attorneys, and helping families navigate important legal processes with care and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Manage probate case files from initial intake through closing, including tracking deadlines, court dates, and case milestones. Prepare probate petitions, inventories, accountings, notices, proposed orders, and other Florida probate court filings. Draft, review, organize, and maintain estate administration documents and supporting records. Communicate professionally with clients, courts, financial institutions, beneficiaries, and other involved parties. Coordinate document execution, signatures, e-filing, physical filings, and hearing preparation. Maintain accurate matter information in the firm’s case management system and assist attorneys with ongoing probate case management. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $50,000 to $65,000 annually.
