Senior Workday HRIS Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Providing functional and technical support for HR systems, the full-time Senior Workday HRIS Analyst will manage Workday HCM implementation activities, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Support Workday HCM implementation and post-implementation activities, including system configuration, testing, and user training Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday, overseeing system maintenance, enhancements, and data integrity efforts Create and manage HR reports and dashboards to provide insights into workforce trends and support decision-making Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 5-7 years of hands-on technical Workday HCM experience required Experience contributing to at least one full-cycle Workday HCM implementation required Hands-on experience supporting a Workday Recruiting implementation required Workday HCM certification preferred
