Bilingual Customer Service Representative with Export experience

Job Description

RemX is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative/Export with required export experience to support order processing and international shipments.

Hours: 8 am - 5 pm Monday-Thursday and 8:00 am - 2:30 pm Friday

Location: Charlotte, NC

Type: temp to hire

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage customer orders
Communicate order status, pricing, and delivery timelines
Prepare and manage export documentation (invoices, packing lists, BOLs)
Coordinate with freight forwarders and track international shipments
Assist with light packing and shipping tasks

Requirements:

Bilingual in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) – required
Export/international shipping experience – required
2+ years of customer service experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
