Typical schedule: 40 to 55 hours per week (season and workload dependent)

Pay: $28 to $36 per hour (based on experience)

*The Role*

We’re hiring a Design/Build Crew Leader/ Foreman to lead a landscape construction crew from start to

finish. You’ll run day-to-day production in the field, own quality and safety, and communicate

clearly with project leadership.

*What You’ll Do*

● Enforce our mission and core values on every jobsite (Servant-Leaders,

Problem-Solvers, Skilled Artisans)

● Lead the crew with a servant-leader mindset, coach and develop people, set clear

expectations

● Plan the day, assign tasks, and drive production while owning quality and safety

● Take charge with confidence and sound decision-making when conditions change

● Communicate effectively with clients and your team (updates, changes, expectations,

next steps)

● Build with craftsmanship across design/build work such as:

● Hardscape, including paver patios, retaining walls (block and natural stone), and

steps (natural stone and concrete)

● Planting, bed prep, and edging

● Low-voltage landscape lighting installs

● Finishing details and clean closeouts

● Maintain a safe, clean, professional jobsite and a great customer experience

● Coordinate materials, deliveries, and equipment needs with the office/shop

● Accurately track crew time, materials used, and job notes in our field system (SynkedUp)

● Keep trucks, trailers, and tools job-ready (organization, inspections, basic upkeep)

*Requirements*

● Proven leadership in landscape construction or similar trades

● Valid driver’s license, comfortable driving truck and trailer

● DOT Medical Card (required)

● Reliable, safety-minded, clear communicator

● Quality-first builder who cares about fit-and-finish

*Preferred Certifications (or Willingness to Obtain)*

● CGIP (Certified Green Industry Professional)

● CMHA (culmination of ICPI and NCMA)

● ICPI Concrete Paver Installer

● NCMA (segmental retaining wall installer program)

● OSHA 10 (or OSHA 30)

● First Aid/CPR

● NALP Landscape Industry Certified

● CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)
