Account Executive - Accountants Channel (East Coast) Rippling is a San Francisco-based company that offers a unified HR, IT, and Finance solution. It streamlines payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers, allowing companies to manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in one system. Rippling partners with Accounting and HR Advisory firms that serve small and mid‑sized businesses. Our Accounting and HR Advisory Channel is experiencing rapid growth and we’re looking for a sales professional to acquire and activate new partners, onboard their book of business, and help them secure a first client referral within 90 days. About The Role As a Channel Account Executive (Hunter/Acquisition), you’ll drive net‑new partner acquisition in the Accountant and HR Advisory ecosystem. You’ll build and execute strategies to grow partner penetration, activate referrals, and transition partnerships to the Expansion team after the first year. What You Will Do Manage a highly consultative sales process and position the value of Rippling to prospective partners, using the MEDDPICC sales methodology. Build and manage a high volume partner pipeline, aiming to activate 10-14 new referring partners per region in the first 12 months. Create strategic account plans aligned to partners’ growth goals, expanding contacts within firms. Keep partners updated on product developments and best practices. Win new partner and partner‑client business by positioning Rippling against competitors. Deliver product demos that showcase Rippling’s value. Collaborate with the SDR team to generate new partner pipeline demand. Coordinate with other Rippling Account Executives across PEO, Global, Spend, and IT to maximize value. Achieve quota: forecast, manage pipeline, and maintain accurate CRM entries daily. What You Will Need 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with proven success in outbound motion. Consistent record of exceeding quota in high‑volume, high‑velocity environments. Consultative selling skills; ability to position Rippling as a trusted advisor. Experience selling to C‑level and partner‑level executives. Strong team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment. Demonstrated ability to land new accounts and generate fresh pipeline. Nice To Haves Channel sales experience. Experience with Accounting & HR Advisory firms. Prior selling of HRIS/HCM or Fintech solutions. Notable achievements such as President’s Club or Fast Start Awards. Benefits & Compensation This role offers a competitive On‑Target Earnings (OTE) package, including base salary, sales commission, benefits, and equity. OTE is based on a 60/40 base/variable pay split. Salary ranges vary by location; final offers depend on experience and location.
