Senior Director, Patient Reported Outcomes

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Patient Reported Outcomes to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leader will own global patient reported outcomes strategy across assigned assets and therapeutic areas throughout the product lifecycle. The role will shape integrated evidence plans, identify and prioritize evidence gaps, and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to inform investment decisions and strengthen the company's evidence generation strategy. You will also guide senior leaders, oversee complex programs from concept through dissemination, and help align teams across geographies on priorities, timelines, and execution. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $222,000 – $292,000 annually Responsibilities Lead global patient reported outcomes strategy across assigned assets and therapeutic areas throughout the product lifecycle Shape integrated evidence plans by identifying and prioritizing evidence gaps with cross-functional teams Advise senior leaders on patient reported outcomes evidence priorities and investment trade-offs Oversee complex evidence-generation programs from concept to results dissemination Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements in research execution Translate complex scientific evidence into clear recommendations for diverse audiences Build alignment across functions and geographies on evidence needs and timelines Qualifications Advanced degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, psychometrics, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field 10+ years of experience in patient reported outcomes, RWE, outcomes research, or related fields, with substantial biopharmaceutical experience Proven track record in defining and executing evidence strategies for complex assets in a global environment Deep expertise in observational study design, causal inference, and economic modeling Strong ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams without formal authority Demonstrated leadership in managing complex programs, budgets, and matrix teams Excellent scientific communication skills, both written and verbal Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) plan with company contributions Flexible spending accounts (FSA/HSA) Life insurance and wellness programs Paid time off and employee stock purchase plan Opportunities for discretionary equity awards Our client is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ladders
