This role is essential in keeping our financials accurate and organized for 3 locations.Responsibilities:Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger journal entries.Maintain accurate financial records and prepare month-end closing reportsProcess payroll and assist with benefit tracking (experience with QuickBooks Online a plus)Prepare financial reports such as balance sheet and income statements, assist with budgeting, and provide reporting to management.Work closely with external CPA for tax preparation and year end filingsMonthly excise tax filingEnsure compliance with state and federal regulationsOther duties upon request to maintain officeQualifications: 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (automotive industry a plus)Strong knowledge of QuickBooksProficiency in Excel and financial reportingStrong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to meet deadlinesIntegrity, reliability, and ability to handle confidential information
