Job Details Location: Rothbury, MI 49452 Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $16.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: None Job Category: Customer Service Summary To ensure that all guests at the Double JJ Resort receive the best guest service. Duties include maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the front desk and office, checking guests in and out of rooms, answering guest questions and complaints, and following the correct daily task checklist. Responsibilities Maintain a positive, cheerful demeanor at all times. Be in proper uniform at all times. Demonstrate knowledge of all emergency procedures and company protocols. Demonstrate a basic knowledge of all areas of the resort. Provide excellent guest service. Properly check guests in and out of rooms according to the company standard, ensuring all paperwork is filled out correctly. Be able to access, read, and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system. Work as part of the Rooms Division, collaborating with Reservations and Housekeeping as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division). Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office programs. Handling cash. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Availability to work holidays, weekends, and evenings. Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
