Spravato Clinic & Project Assistant (Full-Time)

Are you an organized, detail-oriented healthcare professional who enjoys both patient interaction and administrative work? We're looking for a Spravato Clinic & Project Assistant to join our growing team and support the daily operations of our Spravato clinic. This is a fully on-site position and requires working in the office 5 days per week. What You'll Do Coordinate patient appointments and clinic workflow Support providers and patients during treatment visits Maintain accurate documentation and data entry Assist with operational projects and reporting Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent At least 3 years of healthcare experience Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent attention to detail Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment Benefits Supportive team environment with opportunities for professional growth.
