Project Scheduler

Overview Our client is a growing construction management consultancy supporting complex infrastructure and building projects across the U.S. They are seeking a Project Controls Manager to strengthen their scheduling and project controls capability. This is a hybrid role with opportunities to work on high-profile programs and grow within a collaborative, client-focused team. Responsibilities Develop, review, and maintain project schedules and cost controls. Provide reporting, forecasting, and analysis to support project decision-making. Oversee dashboards and performance metrics to track progress and risks. Support change management, variance analysis, and funding alignment. Collaborate with project teams and clients to deliver clear, actionable insights. Qualifications Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years’ experience in project controls and/or scheduling. Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Strong skills in cost control, reporting, and data analysis (Power BI, Excel).
