Sr. Project Advisor

Job Profile Summary: The Sr. Project Advisor will contribute to high priority, high visibility transformation initiatives for the Mobility & Convenience (M&C) Americas business, reporting to the Head of Change & Project Management. Key Accountabilities Project Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement project plans that align with organizational goals. Collaborate with interested parties to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate project progress, risks, and changes effectively to ensure alignment and buy‑in. Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery while minimizing disruptions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to drive project success. Ensure all dependencies, achievements, and deliverables are met in accordance with the project timeline and scope. Performance Monitoring: Track project performance against established metrics, providing regular updates and reports to senior management. Analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. Resource Coordination: Manage internal and external resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization for project execution. Oversee project budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation. Process Improvement: Conduct thorough analysis of workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements. Facilitate sessions to engage customers in process redesign and operational enhancement. Business Readiness: Coordinate change management initiatives, including updates to processes and training sessions to ensure team readiness for new implementations. Leadership Development: Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Set clear goals, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or business analysis, preferably in a complex organizational environment. PMP certification or other relevant project management certification, a plus. Change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) certification or other relevant change management certification, a plus. Proven track record in stakeholder management and relationship building, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience managing operational, program, and/or project financial budgets. High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project. Power BI a plus. Knowledge of fuels marketing, sales operations, and/or retail convenience, a plus. Compensation: Base salary range is $67,000 – $120,000.
