Residential Service Technician

As a Service Technician on our Kansas City team, you will join us on our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by performing necessary service work in a safe and effective manner. You will report directly to the Installation Manager and work closely with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals. Responsibilities Meet customers and conduct a visual tour of the service area. Perform service on customer’s windows and doors safely and efficiently. Review service completion with the customer and secure required signatures. Leave the customer location clean and in a safe appearance. Qualifications Exceptionally strong attention to detail. Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, or construction. A sense of pride in your work and an unwavering commitment to customers. Valid Driver’s License. Must have a valid smartphone or smart device for two‑factor authentication on company systems. Benefits Full‑time, W2 employment with unlimited overtime opportunity (weather independent).
