Enjoy generous time-away and health benefits from day one, with the opportunity for flexible work options Receive 2-for-1 matching gifts for your charitable contributions and the opportunity to secure annual grants for the organizations you love Access on-demand professional development resources that allow you to hone existing skills and learn new ones “I can succeed as a Product Specialist at Capital Group.”The Product Specialist will support the growth and development of the ETF product platform across asset classes, regions, and channels through product health monitoring, data analysis, research, reporting, and operational support.Support the growth of an expanding ETF platform across new and existing products, regions, and distribution channels.Conduct data analysis, business case modeling, competitive research, sales inquiry support, and platform reporting.Partner with senior members of the ETF Product team to execute against strategic priorities, including product positioning, product narratives, research agendas, platform management, and partner engagement.Develop and enhance reporting, tools, and workflows that improve visibility into product health, market trends, client needs, and business opportunities.Identify opportunities and apply automation and AI to improve efficiency, scalability, and repeatability across reporting, research, and team processes.Leverage existing data, tools, and resources to help the team operate more effectively and support broader strategic priorities.Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.“I am the person Capital Group is looking for.”At least 3 years of experience working with data, analytics, and/or reporting, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex information into actionable business recommendations and product insights.Proficiency in data visualization tools and SQL is required. Experience with automation tools such as Python, R, VBA, or similar technologies is preferred.Familiarity with financial data platforms such as Morningstar, FactSet, and Bloomberg.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint), with experience sourcing, analyzing, and presenting data.Demonstrated experience and interest in automation and AI, with a mindset toward improving efficiency, scalability, and repeatability across research, reporting, and business processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail, with the ability to evaluate product performance, market trends, client needs, and business opportunities.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build productive relationships with diverse partner groups throughout the organization.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring workflows, reporting deadlines, inbound inquiries, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of ETFs and the asset management industry, including investment vehicles, product development, competitive positioning, distribution channels, and industry trends is preferred.Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.“I can apply in less than 4 minutes.” You’ve reviewed this job posting and you’re ready to start the candidate journey with us.
