Maintenance Technician 2nd & 3rd Shift

Pay Range: $28.92 $42.48 per hour (based on skills & experience) Overtime: Daily, weekend, and holiday premiums

As a Multicraft Maintenance Technician, you'll work in a fast?paced manufacturing environment performing a wide range of industrial maintenance tasks, including:

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnosing breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly and safely
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance
• Working closely with production and other maintenance team members
• Continuously expanding your technical skills through paid training and advancement programs

No one expects you to know everything PCA invests in training so you can grow your skills and earnings over time.

Required:

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multi?craft skills
• Ability to work 2nd and 3rd shift as assigned
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours

Preferred (not required):

• Technical degree or certification (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, etc.)
• Experience in corrugated packaging, printing, converting, or manufacturing

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary for position: $28.92 $42.48 per hour.
• Bonus: Annual Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
• Paid Vacation: 2 weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.

• 11 paid Holidays.
