Family Law Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its growing practice in Warrendale, PA. This position offers meaningful courtroom experience and the opportunity for long-term professional growth within an established firm. Duties Handle family law matters including divorce, child custody, and support. Manage equitable distribution and protection from abuse cases. Conduct negotiations and settlement conferences. Represent clients in hearings and trials. Provide client counseling and develop case strategies. Requirements Licensed and in good standing in Pennsylvania. Experience in family law and/or substantial litigation. Comfortable with court appearances and managing active caseloads. Strong legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Effective communication with clients in sensitive matters. Organized, professional, and capable of independent work. 3+ years of relevant legal experience preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. Skills Strong legal writing and negotiation skills. Effective client communication.
