Machine Technician Support SpecialistWe are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Machine Technician Support Specialist in Grand Rapids, MI. This role will involve providing technical support and assistance to our machine technicians to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of our equipment.Responsibilities:Assist machine technicians with troubleshooting and problem-solving tasksPerform routine maintenance and repairs on machines as neededProvide training and guidance to technicians on proper machine operationDocument all maintenance and repair tasks for record-keeping purposesQualifications:2+ years of experience in a technical support roleKnowledge of machine operation and maintenance proceduresStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits:Competitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insurance401k retirement planPaid time offIf you are interested in joining our team as a Machine Technician Support Specialist, please submit your resume and cover letter to be considered for the position.
