Key Responsibilities:

Manage billing operations and accounts receivable processes
Prepare and analyze monthly and yearly financial reports
Develop financial forecasts and assist with pricing strategies
Lead system upgrades and process improvements for our Deltek platform
Create and implement new financial processes and controls
Evaluate and recommend financial technology solutions to replace manual systems
Supervise finance staff (initially one temporary employee)
Build out the finance team as the company grows

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Controller or similar financial management role
Required : Deltek software experience, including knowledge of system upgrades
Background in architecture, engineering, or related industry
Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and controls
Experience transitioning manual/paper-based systems to digital solutions
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership capabilities with team management experience
Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting
