Responsibilities Lead all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting. Oversee month-end close, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Develop and streamline processes to support scalability and business growth. Provide strategic financial insights to leadership, helping drive key business decisions. Minimum Requirements Experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller or Accounting Manager with 5+ years of experience. Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CPA Big 4 / Public Accounting experience Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and process improvement. Hands-on mentality—someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. Why Join?
