Headhunter (Hedge Fund Finance & Operations) We’re looking for a seasoned accounting and finance professional to support senior leadership at a growing, SEC-registered multi-family office. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong technical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to oversee core financial operations in a dynamic environment. You’ll take ownership of firmwide accounting and reporting while helping shape scalable processes as the business continues to expand. What You’ll Do Oversee day‑to‑day corporate accounting, financial reporting, and close processes. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial analysis for leadership. Handle billing, revenues, payables/receivables, and related operational workflows. Support tax, audit, and compliance requirements, working with external partners as needed. Strengthen internal controls, financial procedures, and documentation. Collaborate across teams to support broader business and operational initiatives. What We’re Looking For 7–10+ years of accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities. CPA required; background in a family office setting, RIAs, or wealth management firms. Strong technical accounting foundation with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working directly with senior leadership in a hands‑on role. High attention to detail and strong communication skills. Ability to adapt in a growing, evolving organization.
